What this demo does
Hollin Tree Care is not a real business. The quote form on this website runs entirely in your browser: when you press Send request, it shows a message on the page and stops there. Nothing you type is sent anywhere, and nothing is stored, not on a server, not in your browser’s storage and not in a cookie.
Photos you choose in the form stay on your device. The page counts them so the summary can say how many you picked; they are never read, uploaded or kept.
Without JavaScript, the form still works as one page. Only your choices (the job, the size and the access) appear in the page address when you press Send request; your name, contact details, town and note never do.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
There are none. The site loads its own fonts and images from the same address, with no analytics, advertising, embedded maps, videos or social media widgets.
Calls, emails and social links
The phone number is from the range Ofcom keeps for drama and examples, and the email address uses a reserved example domain. Call, email and social buttons open a note explaining that this is a demo; they don’t contact anyone.
What a real tree surgeon would say here
A live version of this website would name the business as the data controller, explain what the quote form collects (usually your name, one way to reply, the town and any photos), why it is needed (to reply and, if a visit is needed, to arrange one), how long it is kept, who can see it, and how to ask for a copy or have it deleted. It would also explain how to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
